Description
Cat’s Claw Bark, or Una de Gato, is a woody vine with sharp thorns that grows in the tropical jungles of Central and South America. It is used traditionally in Peruvian medicine for the treatment of a wide range of health problems.
Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
