Description
Fine Chinese artisan organic green tea made from intact spring-harvested growing tips (two leaves and a bud), hand rolled into a pearl-like ball that unfurls in the cup. During processing, the tea is layered with fresh jasmine blossoms. Each pearl becomes saturated with a delicious, heady fragrance that rises again from the cup during infusion.
